EWF was incorporated August 25, 1937 in the United States as an American organization to promote American Culture and has continuously operated as a transnational civil-society organization with humanitarian, cultural and advocacy mandates. We are an Inter-Govermetal Organization established by the Treaty of Amity and Economic Relations
EWF was incorporated August 25, 1937 in the United States as an American organization to promote American Culture and has continuously operated as a transnational civil-society organization with humanitarian, cultural and advocacy mandates. We are an Inter-Govermetal Organization established by the Treaty of Amity and Economic Relations between Ethiopia and the United States of America on September 7, 1951. We are grounded in civic service for the welfare of our global community.
Our council pushes policies and advocates to change the laws that harm black people and humanity globally.
We were established by Emperor Haile Selassie I and Dr. Dorothy Bayen to serve as the governing body over all donated land grants and all other opportunities given to qualified EWF members by African Leaders, Chiefs and Kings. Our mission is to maintain integrity, sovereignty, promote self-determination and secure justice.

Dr. Dorothy Bayen was a Foundational Black American, sent on a mission ordered by Emperor Haile Selassie I and his cousin and personal Dr. Melaku Bayen to establish The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated in 1937 to galvanize support and International clarity for the African Americans in Harlem that supported Ethiopia during the Ital

They galvanized people like Dr. Arthur Schomburg, Dr. Lorenzo King, Colonel John Robinson and many more.
Our Historical Land Grant
was an ancient traditional gift from the Emperor himself to Foundational Black Americans that assisted militarily.
This city rests in an Ethiopian town called Shashemane (ሻሸመኔ). EWF inherited specific values, morals, instructions and relevant Treaties with The U.S. so that we can run a lawful democratic governmental organization rooted in humanitarian accountability and responsibility.

Our community offers a global support system with members that are experienced in a wide range of life topics that have been able to survive some of the scariest times that we live in today.
We have a network of chaplains, herbalists, artists, musicians, educators, priests, priestesses, case managers, agriculture experts, designers, lawyers, doctors etc. from all over the world at our disposal.
We are dedicated to learning, growing and expanding our network with solution based individuals that have a love and respect for Human Rights.
